Friday December 11th, 2009 Lutsen

Date & Location: Friday December 11th, 2009 Lutsen

Snow & Weather: 8 degrees Blue bird with Lutsen ice balls

Vertical ft & runs: 5,490 feet 9 runs

Season Total: 5,490 feet 9 runs

Comments: Rode with Ernesto, Carlos, Glen, Skier Shaun, Nate, Roley, and GBD. Super cold and typical Lutsen ice balls but super great to get out the first time this season. Everyone rode well. GBD did not die. 11 of the BFGSC in two cabins tonight=trouble. Me happy!!!

Ernesto: is a great time, is exactly what I was expecting. The Ganjala is great!

Carlos: This is my 2nd time on the snow boarding and I start to like. I think this is gonna be my second sport to do in the winter time and I like to hang out with Christina and Ernesto's friends.

Glen: 1st runs of season #8! Woo Hoo! Now it's time for beer.

Shaun: No first tracks this time, but no doubt Saturday I will! Lutsen rocks, feel the leg burn!

Roley: Brrrrsky, my balls are frozen to my legs so when I walk it feels like someone is tugging on my junk.

Nate: My legs kill but I killed the slopes!!! WHISKEY!

GBD: Goal 1 run since 2/14/09 Accomplished!

Carolyn: Paid $12 for the Moose, 2 Summits & bowl of wild rice chicken soup $15, view of Lady Lake...priceless.

Friday December 18th, 2009 Welch Village

Snow & Weather: 22 degrees flat light

Vertical ft & runs: 5,000 ft 16 runs

Season Total: 10,490 ft 25 runs

Comments: Rode with GBD and Josh. Happy B-Day Josh!! GBD threw a tantrum and wanted to be a douche bag skier but awesome Josh talked him down from the ledge.

GBD: I quit snowboarding today. Selbrade duo pressure took me on 1 more run and I decided to ride one more day.

Sunday December 20th, 2009 Welch Village

Date & Location: Sunday December 20th, 2009 Welch Village

Snow & Weather: 22 degrees flat light (is this a pattern?)

Vertical ft & runs: 6,210 ft 18 runs

Season Total: 16,706 ft 43 runs

Comments: Rode with CJ, Glen, Vicki, GBD, Pete, Terra, Josh, Jeremy, and Jake. Awesome day. Cured the hang over.

GBD: Totally impressed with Jake and Jeremy went straight down Dan's. Daredevil Briggsy. As for me, did I point my board downhill today? I think I did :)

CJ: Short and sweet day at Welch. Good times. Go VIKINGS tonight!

Vicki: Awesome first day riding. Love being back out here!

Glen: Hey Gam Gam! Get your ass on God damn board!

Jake: Had a good time. I attained my goal of over two hours of riding but disappointed with my last run so tired. Shows I need to ride more. Plus, my feet stopped hurting so I'm encouraged by breaking them in. Matt's so cool & sexy and yearn for that thing he talks about doing to me.

Jeremy: First time out this season, met many new riders! Had a blast once I was able to use my main board!

Terra: Play of the day... Matt doing a surfy turn on Heidi's Hollow and biting it hard. Good day of riding and AWESOME opening weekend!!

Sunday January 10th, 2010 Welch Village

Date & Location: Sunday January 10th, 2010 Welch Village

Snow & Weather: 21 degrees cloudy with nice snow

Vertical ft & runs: 6,350 ft 18 runs

Season Total: 23,056 ft 61 runs

Comments: Rode with GBD, Jake, CJ, Vicki, Josh, Christina, and Ernesto. Still cold but snow was great. Jake and GBD did really well and both looked HOT! Fun day with fun friends and Packers are losing 31-17 in the 3rd. Go Cards!!! Erenesto please wear a helmet you crazy bastard.

GBD: Feel very good about today. Gotta lean forward tho. Jake did awesome today. Can't show football on flat screen at King's -they lost the remote.

Hot Jake: did twice as many runs as last, fell 1/4 as many times. King's cheese curds are good. I recommend chili bread bowl at Mad Jacks, fill the bowl and tray with chili. Kids should only be allowed to ski somewhere else, caused too many of my falls.

CJ: Good day at Welch but lots of meat gates today. It was probably the most cars I've seen there. It's all good though because I got to hit up King's for the first time this season.

Snow & Weather: 34 degrees super nice snow and BLUEBIRD

Vertical ft & runs: 3,600 ft 11 runs

Season Total: 26,656 ft 72 runs

Comments: Rode with GBD and Glen and saw Skier Shaun. Awesome sunny bluebird day! I am done coddling GBD. He needs to motivate himself and stop being a pu**y. He did link some nice turns. I put the nose of my board within 2" of Glen's tail and he saw my shadow and he was scared. Ate a burger with pineapple on it at King's YUM!

Glen: New board with TME shred beds was sweet. See ya Monday Mr. Welch.

Shaun: Snow was unreal as was the weather! Not much could be better unless 2-3 inches of freshies or more. Perfect day=awesome snow, weather and hopefully football. Cowboys Suck!

GBD: Don't like "chair of death" b/c no runway. Color me a pu**y.

Glen: Had a blast with Christina. Too bad the light sucked ass until the fog burned off.
